What Writting is, revisited

Throughout the semester, my goal in this class was to improve my writing & word choice as i keep on repating myself in my essays, better myself in grasping a story and finding out its underlinning message within and my personal goal in taking interest in the books and topics we went through. Looking back, I never liked typing essays, struggled to keep the reader’s attention, and didn’t put in the effort to add more paragraphs in my work to be more detailed. As of now, i can write essays with a decent proficiency to captivate readers, going through a small summary of the tale or going over a topic i’m passionate about. When reading stories i tend to find any double sided meanings in what characters say. Even the act of connecting the real world to thw topics we read in class was fun since it made me question more about what we are and why we do things. This class has truly been the best one out of all the English classes i’ve took cause the topics although sometimes dry, can be very fun when it realtes to the world around us. I believe I have made significant progress since the beginning. I still have room for improvement, but that will take time. I hope you can see how my writing has improved.
